Everybody knows that traffic congestion is a big problem in Denizli like everywhere, but what is the best solution to overcome it? When we go to center of Denizli especially in rush hour, we can see this traffic problem easily. Traffic causes difficult time for not only driver but also pedestrian, because they can’t go home or anywhere they will go and they spend waist time in road. All of these are stressful situation for everyone. Consequently, traffic problem should be solved as soon as possible.
Heavy traffic is one of the best headache problems and before this situation becomes worse, there are a lot of precautions that should be taken by government. First of all is using the subway, public-buses, trams, school buses, cycles should be encouraged. In this way, most people instead of using their own car, by using public transport will reduce the number of vehicles in traffic. People may not be easy to get used to it at first, but people will learn this solution very good for them gradually. The next solution for traffic congestion is that government should make roads ready for heavy traffic. For example, they should build overpasses and underpass for cars and pedestrians, so drivers and pedestrians by going in different ways don’t block each other's traffic. Another important solution is informing the public. If the people learn about traffic problem and solution, they will be more sensitive for the government's work. Of course, only the government's work on this subject is not sufficient, people should support their work and applications. People shouldn’t expect everything from the government. If people don’t comply these applications, traffic problem isn’t solved. However, if be needed so, government should fine anyone who doesn’t obey rules. For example, government can make a rule that it’s forbidden that a single person get in personal car. He must get on a bus. Alternatively, like this rule. Some people may say that public and their ignorance is responsible for traffic congestion, however, primarily government should take measures for traffic problem. Then public and government should work together.
Shortly, what should be done for the traffic problem should immediately be done. Otherwise, this problem may grow increasingly and become irrecoverable later times. For these solutions, not only government but also public should deal with them by helping each other.
