Last week was very fun for me because I met my friends on Tuesday and Wednesday instead of going to school :D Anyway, in reading class, our new topic was “Globalization or Cultural Imperialism?”, we talked about endanger languages I learned some languages which I don’t know and I learned there are some languages whose speakers are just a few people. It was suprised me.Consequently, when we researched, we saw a lot of languages dying day by day. I think after seeing the number of dead languages, we should understand the importance of our own language and keep alive without change in the best way.
In writing class, we went on cause and effect essay. Ms. Gülsen said to us that we would write an essay as a group. Our group consisted of Gülin, Sema and me as usual. I like study as a group because I can learn different words or I can see how my friends write an essay and what kind sentences they use.
In addition, on Friday, we read a story “the princess and the pea”. Rebecca gave a long break due to her computer’s problem. She had to go somewhere. In that break time, we listened music also some friends danced. After the lesson, we went to Gölbahçe and we took a lot of photos.It was very enjoyable. I like my friends very much :D
I enjoyed last week, but exams week came, so we should study hard ;)
